Our client Sophie Neuman. Sophie was just 18 when she was diagnosed with Stage IV brain cancer, specifically Glioblastoma Multiforme. Sophie was a bright charismatic girl, accepted to the University of Oregon, but never had the chance to show all of the world her wonder. Sophie's mom and one of our Board Members, Mrs. Gretchen Miller Neuman, presses the importance of hospice care, as it can bring tremendous comfort and ease in the last moments. We strive to remember Sophie as she was, the happy and ambitious glowing girl you see.
